A workbook can be obtained as follows:

 

     Pay through Zelle through your bank with no additional fees and receive your workbook by email;

 

     Schedule a pick up in the office door and pay through Zelle or drop your initial payment through the maildrop upon pickup;

 

     Mail your initial payment and upon receipt your workbook will be mailed to you.
